Ventec Life Systems VOCSN Interface

Ventec. Life Systems manufactures the first and only multi-function ventilator with 5 therapies in a single device. Multi-view was developed to allow healthcare professionals to monitor devices, patients and therapies to ensure devices are functioning properly and patients are receiving the care they need to live. A complex UI/UX was designed to make monitoring device functionality robust and intuitive.

NetApp Knowledge Center

This international leader in data storage systems needed top-level ideas to achieve the following goals for the NetApp team; nurturing existing MQLs (marketing Qualified Leads, or users who have previously engaged with NetApp content online) with the goal of converting to meetings and delivering those meetings to partners, segmented by region, and acquire new MQLs that can then be nurtured by TechData and converted to SQLs/meetings prior to distributing to partners.

The ultimate goal is to convert qualified users into sales meetings so incentives can be offered if users are willing to complete a short survey to evaluate their status.

Drive-to tactics include newsletter style email to “warm lead” mailing list with a variety of topics to engage with and a LinkedIn ad campaign promoting the new NetApp Knowledge Center. One-thumb Mobile-first UX design allows for continuous re-engagement with audience with notifications messaged via SMS as new content is added.

Drive-to tactics included an email series and LinkedIn ad campaign linking to a robust experience if users choose to engage on desktop.

Dell Technologies User Quiz

In an effort to deliver more targeted, more relevant equipment recommendations to IT managers, we designed a quiz interface to define an organization’s workforce and deliver specific systems suggestions unique to their needs. Click here to view PDF prototype.

Visual design encapsulated the quiz into a single module which allows it to remain consistent while custom branded content on page is updated per sales partner.
